The best cinematography for me is the one nobody recognizes, the one that blurs the boundaries between story and camera. Choosing the right technique from all the cinematic possibilities is always a welcome challenge for me.
In 2014, I graduated with a degree in Cinematography from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Dortmund. There I had the possibility to prove myself in different short films. I work as a freelance DP for several years now. Through my work as a 1st AC (Camera Assistant) in more than 50 commercial, cinema and television programs, I gained a lot of valuable experience, both here and abroad.
